In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful

And by Him is my trust.

Endless gratitude, in number of the stars in the sky, the raindrops, the leaves on the trees, the grains of sand in the desert, and the particles of the earth and the heavens — to the God whose attribute is oneness, and glory and majesty, and grandeur and sublimity, and magnanimity and worthiness are his properties.

I dedicate the first post to the praise of the one God. Although, I hope that all my writings will be a form of praise to Him. The above text is from the preface of the book "Kimiyā-ye Sa'ādat" (The Alchemy of Happiness/Contentment) by Imam Muhammad Ghazāli. However, I wanted to write a text myself in praise of God as well:

Oh One God, the Bestower, the Merciful, the Exalted, the Omnipresent, the Needless, the Knowing, the Powerful, the Just, the Pure, the Guide, the Healer, God, from whom come love, goodness, and light. I worship only You, I praise only You, I walk only in Your path, I see only You, I ask only from You, and I want only You.
